kb22 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Player

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kb22 platform located at https://kb22.io (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with any additional policies or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the kb22 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact kb22 support to request closure. Continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an account on kb22, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kb22 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years and will require documentary proof of age (valid Bangladesh National Identity Card, passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID) before processing any withdrawal.
• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a third party, corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by kb22 or any related gaming platform.
• You have not previously had a kb22 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other person in connection with your use of the Platform.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on kb22 at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be merged or closed at kb22's sole discretion, and any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your kb22 account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. You must:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Ensure that no person under the age of 21 has access to your account or the device on which the Platform is accessed.
• Notify kb22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security.
• Keep your registered contact details — particularly your mobile number and email address — up to date at all times.
• Not use any automated software, bot, script, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform.

kb22 will never contact you to ask for your password, one-time verification codes, or full payment card details via any channel including email, SMS, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the kb22 support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

kb22 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards where supported. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice; please check the Cashier section of your account for the current list.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method and account verification status. Fully verified accounts may be eligible for higher limits.

• Currency: All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No foreign currency conversion is applied.
• Deposit fees: kb22 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kb22 accepts no liability.

All funds deposited into your kb22 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. kb22 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account verification status and applicable limits stated in the Cashier section.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawal method: Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with kb22 support in writing.
• Identity verification: A valid NID or passport and proof of payment method ownership are required before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days of the request will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and funds returned to your account balance.
• Wagering requirement: Any active bonus wagering requirement must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be requested on bonus-funded balances.

kb22 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, kb22 reserves the right to reclaim any overpayment regardless of whether the funds have been wagered or withdrawn.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

kb22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific terms for a promotion state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• kb22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not disadvantage players who have already opted in and partially completed wagering requirements.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game operates according to its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the specific rules of any game before placing a wager.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain credits, bonuses, or favourable game outcomes. Any funds obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned in full.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or verification.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any kb22 staff member, support agent, or other player in any communication channel.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or cooling-off period applied to your account or to any account you are associated with.

9 Responsible Gaming

kb22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices for all players in Bangladesh. The following tools are available to every registered account holder at no charge, accessible at any time via the account dashboard or by contacting 24/7 support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your total session time and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which your account will be inaccessible for wagering.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

kb22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is suspected in connection with the account.
• The account holder is found or suspected to be under 21 years of age.
• Required identity or payment verification documents have not been provided within the specified timeframe.
• kb22 is required to do so in order to comply with a legal obligation, regulatory direction, or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, kb22 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, verified balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure decision.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours and any verified remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method within 3 business days.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the kb22 Platform — including but not limited to the kb22 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and game content supplied by third-party providers — is the intellectual property of kb22 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of kb22.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kb22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any part of its services.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in Platform content or functionality.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from your participation in any game, bet, or promotion offered on the Platform.
• Technical failures, including internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider outages, that affect your ability to access or use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kb22's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15 Governing Law & Disputes
